We keep it simple.  We have a flat rate that covers food and water 2x daily.

We don't, we ask that boarders clean their stalls at least once every 48 hours.  Many boarders clean daily.

Our stalls are 12' x 36' including a 12 x 12 cover

Yes, we have 2 dedicated turn-outs, a round pen and an outdoor arena and a 60x200 grass area

We do not have an age limit for horses, but we do require that they are up to date on all vaccinations and are in good health.

At FlapJack our turnover rate is very low, we do however on occasion have openings.  Please reach out to get added to our wait list
